If you decide to proceed with interviewing any matches, a non-refundable interview fee of $100 is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, we arrange interviews for you with your selected matches. When you are ready to hire your top choice of candidates, a one-time placement fee of $445 is due bringing our total services to only $545.

You pay your PA their wages directly. Most candidates ask $25-$35/hr.

  • We currently only place part-time personal assistants who work from 5 to 25 hours a week.

  • Begin by creating a profile that explains the tasks you need to be done and your preferences for a personal assistant. Don’t worry, we’ll walk you through all the info we need! One of our team members will select personal assistant matches for you, based on the information you provide. Your matches will be sent to your inbox for you to review. Choose up to 5 candidates and when you’re ready to interview matches, provide us with the times and dates you’re available and we’ll set up video interviews.

    Then, select your favorite candidate to hire. 95% of our clients find a successful match. When you select and hire a personal assistant, they will work for you and be paid directly by you. After our placement fee is paid, we’ll provide information so you can contact your match offline and get started. It’s that simple!

  • Within two weeks of your request (but often sooner), we present you with potential matches. We match you with pre-screened, qualified personal assistants in our database. Then, you pick up to 5 candidates and we schedule video interviews according to your availability. When you decide to hire a personal assistant candidate and provide the placement fee payment, your newly chosen assistant can begin as your personal assistant.
