I have been a personal assistant to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and busy professionals since 2013. When I started, I needed a steady job with a flexible schedule so I could pursue my dreams in Hollywood, but my experience as a personal assistant also nurtured a new dream: entrepreneurship. I worked under so many entrepreneurs, I realized I shared the same passion. Personal assistants are mini CEOs, by the way.

I know how to recruit the best personal assistants because I can easily identify the qualities in others that have made me so successful. I know what The Middle’s clients are looking for because I’ve worked for them all; my experience is not limited to one industry.

Over the years, I never understood why there wasn’t a dedicated, online place to find part-time personal assistants; it seemed like a no-brainer. So I created The Middle.

  • We're called The Middle because we're not Craigslist (creepy!) and we're not an agency (so expensive!). We're somewhere in the middle: an accessible platform with personally made matches.

  • We are different from a traditional agency. Traditional agencies place salaried, full-time assistants and charge thousands of dollars in commission. We place part-time, ongoing personal assistants with no reoccurring commissions. Because traditional agencies may have to recruit for specific positions, their search process can take months. At The Middle, we have a pre-screened database of qualified personal assistants, and our process can take as little as a week.

  • The Middle's service is facilitating introductions, and does not include management or mediation of employment. Hiring any candidate or accepting employment with any client introduced through The Middle is at your discretion.
