The Middle places part-time personal assistants.
Our assistants are not on-call or expected to be available outside of workweek hours (9am-6pm M-F). They are comfortable with flexible schedules and variable hours each week.
Scheduling Interviews
First, you’ll select the candidates you’d like to interview from the matches we provide you. Then, simply provide your availability and we will coordinate and confirm an interview schedule. We’ll share a calendar invitation with the Zoom link for each canididate’s interview. You just show up!
Interviewing Tips
Interviews will be between you and the candidate; a member of The Middle’s team will not be present.
During an interview, we recommend connecting on expectations around availability and what working together would look like. You want to try to understand what will keep them invested. We have found that candidates who are interested in the client's world are more successful pairings.
Make sure to assess how communication flows with each candidate. Communication styles can vary so it's important that you have a baseline understanding of whether yours fits with theirs.
We’ve pre-screened and selected these candidates for you because we believe they can handle the position. You can enter interviews with the understanding that the candidates are qualified for the job.
