Part-time personal assistants can handle a variety of household and daily tasks. Errands and scheduling are among the most common tasks requested by our clients, and our PAs are happy to take those to-dos off your plate!
Pet care can often be included at the discretion of the personal assistant. Many of our candidates are animal lovers and are happy to help with your pet.
Housekeeping like cleaning and laundry is outside the scope of work of a personal assistant, but home organization (tidying pantries, organizing closets, etc.) is a common personal assistant duty.

There is no required minimum guaranteed hours, though guaranteed hours are always appreciated!
If you ask your PA to hold a block of time for you, but you end up cancelling, we recommend you still pay for the time.

You can expect a qualified personal assistant from The Middle. We pre-screen applicants, conduct interviews, administer an assignment, and perform reference checks for all candidates.
We look for candidates with a variety of experience to help us match our equally wide variety of clients with personal assistants who suit their unique needs.
We also look for soft skills like communication, problem-solving, and proactivity in all of our candidates. Due to the nature of these part-time positions, we look for candidates who are flexible and adaptable.
Personal information should remain confidential between you and your PA, and if you require, candidates can sign an NDA.
